Colorado Mill Equipment currently offers three sizes of pellet mills to our clients with additional sizes to be added soon.
The flat-die ECO-Series mills are the simplest pellet mills ever built. Designed with ease of operation and low maintenance cost in mind, they provide an ideal solution for a small-scale operation, or lab and R&D application.
The ring-die ECO-Series pellet mills incoroprate a simple and reliable belt-drive design, and are a popular choice for commercial and light industrial use, as well as heavy-duty lab and R&D applications.

Pellet Mills - ECO Flat-Die Series

| A small lab general use unit capable of running up to a 3HP motor. Though the unit is compact it can process up to 15-50 lbs per hour of product depending on material. Stainless steel hopper and chute are included. |

| A pilot scale machine designed for use on products that need more output or a mill that is more rugged for tougher applications. This unit can put out 30-150 lbs of product per hour, depending on material. This unit also comes with a stainless steel hopper and chute, and has steel castors to allow the unit to be conveniently moved.

| A pilot to production scale unit with a standard 30HP 3-phase motor. This unit can produce 500-3500 lbs of product per hour, depending on material. Comes with a stainless steel feeder and one new die with your choice of hole diameter, adjustable knife cutoff assembly with knife, and uses a simple and reliable belt drive system. Optional force-feed systems, conditioners and variable speed drives for the conditioner and feed system are also available. |

| CME's ECO-R100 pellet mill is a powerful full-sized production scale unit with one of the highest horsepower to surface areas ratio of any mill in its class, and can produce 1,500 – 10,000 lbs of pellets per hour, depending on raw material.Comes with one new die with your choice of hole diameter, easy-adjust dual knife posts, and uses a simple and reliable belt drive system. Options include stainless steel feeder and conditioner, auto-lube system, nitrogen/cooling ports and a force feeder. |
