The flat-die ECO Series mills are the simplest pellet mills ever built. Designed with ease of operation and low maintenance cost in mind, they provide an ideal solution for lab, R&D, pilot scale, and small production scale applications.
The ring-die ECO-R Series pellet mills incorporate a simple and reliable belt-drive design, and are a popular choice for commercial and light industrial use, as well as heavy-duty lab and R&D applications.

| The ECO-3 flat die pellet mill incorporates a simple and efficient belt drive system that requires minimum skills to operate and maintain. The ECO-3 can be equipped with a single or 3-phase 3HP motor, as well as an optional variable speed drive. This unit is rated at 30 to 150 lbs per hour, depending on material, and is ideal for lab, R&D, and home use applications. |

| The ECO-10 flat die pellet mill incorporates the same simple and efficient belt drive system as the ECO-3. The ECO-10 is equipped with a 10 HP, 208-230/460 volt, 3-phase motor, and is built to withstand the most demanding applications. This unit is rated at 80 to 600 lbs per hour, depending on material, and is intended for R&D, pilot scale, and small production scale applications. |

| The R30 is an economical pilot to production scale ring die pellet mill that incorporates a simple and reliable belt drive system, and can produce 500-2500 lbs per hour, depending on material. Unit is equipped with a 30HP motor and includes a stainless steel door, gravity feed chute, one standard die, one set of rolls and one adjustable cut off knife. Available options for the R30 are: stainless steel feeder, stainless steel conditioner with adjustable paddles, and force feeder. |

| CME's ECO-R100 pellet mill is a powerful full-sized production scale unit with one of the highest horsepower to surface areas ratio of any mill in its class, and can produce 1,500 – 10,000 lbs of pellets per hour, depending on raw material.Comes with one new die with your choice of hole diameter, easy-adjust dual knife posts, and uses a simple and reliable belt drive system. Options include stainless steel feeder and conditioner, auto-lube system, nitrogen/cooling ports and a force feeder. |
